Election Sabotage In Nevada

The Intentional Erosion Of Trust

I have been involved in the election integrity battle for over 20 years as a researcher, as a national speaker, as the producer of a documentary, and even as a victim in court. I am the most qualified person to ensure the integrity of Nevada Elections as a result of this experience, and together we can make Voter ID actually work.

The SoS Project In Nevada’s Elections

The Secretary of State Project (SoS Project), (successor efforts by iVote Project in 2014) a strategic initiative launched in July 2006, aimed at influencing election laws and electing Democrats to the office of Secretary of State intentionally eroded public trust through sabotage. The SoS Project was not a mass-scale operation—it strategically focused on a handful of battleground states—Nevada is one— where the margin of victory in 2004 was small and where the Secretary of State could significantly influence election administration.

Using the election of progressive Secretaries of State, the project implemented automatic voter registration, online voter registration, and opposed voter ID laws. They disguised these positions as changes that promote broader voter participation and protect voting rights. The SoS Project's message emphasized accessible voting, disenfranchised voters versus strict voter ID laws, and characterized anyone who opposed their agenda as radical, extreme, election deniers.

They deny election fraud occurs, and fight attempts to clean voter rolls as required by law. Of the seven confirmed endorsed candidates at least five were lawyers. The SoS Project saw legal expertise as an asset, for overseeing elections, enforcing state laws, and handling litigation related to voting procedures. The SoS Project’s progressive friends, iVote Project, that employed Barack Obama, launched a lawfare assault pressuring Americans to drop election abnormality investigations.

“[W]e subsequently learned that despite [Former Attorney General William] Barr's public statement that US attorneys could investigate election illegality, anytime somebody did, he called him on the phone and order them not to…One of the FBI investigators who was actually getting to the bottom of this got a call that said, "Stand down."…You have people out there saying, "Oh, we're investigating. Everything's fine," while behind the scenes ordering people not to do the investigation that would actually get to the bottom of it.”

The Secretary of State Project, a nonprofit, progressive 527 political action committee founded by Becky Bond, Michael Kieschnick and James Rucker, was formed to fight against what happened in Florida in 2000 blaming Republican Secretary of State, Katherine Harris for the election of George W. Bush.  Becky Bond, political director for CREDO Mobile, echoed the sentiment famously attributed to Joseph Stalin, “The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.” Kieschnick was the president of CREDO Mobile, and Rucker worked with MoveOn.org and co-founded Color of Change, a race-baiting left-wing hate group.

Financial backing for the SoS Project came from a network of affluent donors and progressive organizations. Billionaire George Soros, founder of the Open Society Foundations, channeled more than $80 million to Democrat groups and candidates during the 2020 election cycle through Democracy PAC,  Soros’ campaign spending vehicle. Other donors were Peter B. Lewis, former CEO of Progressive Corporation; Susie Tompkins Buell, co-founder of Esprit; trial lawyers Guy Saperstein and Fred Baron; and from Hollywood, Rob Reiner and Norman Lear. The project received backing from the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and Democracy Alliance. Democracy Alliance-endorsed think tanks and political advocacy groups were required to make an initial pledge of $200,000 per year for five years. Recipients of these donations were sworn to secrecy not to disclose the donors or the amount of the donations. Those known to have received donations from Democracy Alliance include ACORN, Media Matters for America, EMILY's List, and the Center for American Progress.

Some notable officials who won elections supported by the SoS Project are Debra Bowen (California) 2006, Mark Ritchie (Minnesota) 2006, Jennifer Brunner (Ohio) 2006. Kathleen Sebelius (Kansas): Although not directly funded by the Secretary of State Project, later became the Secretary of Health and Human Services under President Obama. Hillary Clinton (New York) U.S. Senate race. Minnesota, Mark Ritchie, elected Secretary of State in 2006, presided over the adjudication of the 2008 Senate race between Al Franken and Norm Coleman. Al Franken won after counting disputed absentee ballots during the Minnesota Senate recount in 2008. SoS Project-endorsed Jennifer Brunner (Ohio), refused to verify 200,000 questionable voter registrations, and defeated her opponent.

Nevada, a key battleground state, was a target of the SoS Project. They supported Ross Miller, who served as the Secretary of State from 2007 to 2015. Miller, at 30 the youngest Secretary of State in Nevada and in the nation, was also supported by Harry Reid.  In October 2023, Francisco Aguilar was elected after iVote plowed millions into defeating Republican opponents across the nation including Nevada using election denial as the campaign thrust. He was a clerk to Harry Reid. He actively resists President Trump’s Executive Order for voter ID calling it a “roadblock” and used the election denial mantra promoted by iVote stating in tweets:

Cisco Aguilar (Francisco “Cisco” Aguilar):

“Extremists who allege that the 2020 elections were rigged are running as secretaries of state in several states, including right here in #Nevada. These individuals are a threat to our democracy.” And: “There was no widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election, and anyone claiming otherwise is perpetuating the Big Lie.” Brennan Center for Justice

The SoS Project stands as a testament to the impact that targeted political initiatives can have on electoral processes. Using the euphemism “Election Protection” the left has impacted elections and advanced attacks on election integrity.  Soros’s philosophy was to target key positions in state and local government that have large influence on policy, rights, and elections — but receive little public attention. This has resulted in an attempt to redefine elections in Nevada and further erodes the confidence of voters who desire fair, honest and secure elections.

Sharron Angle For Nevada Secretary of State

Without the right Secretary of State in Nevada, Voter I.D. will not be implemented after we worked so hard to make it a reality. I have been involved in the election integrity battle for over 20 years as a Nevada Assemblywoman, as a researcher, as a national speaker, as the producer of a documentary, and even as a victim in court. I have firsthand experience against Harry Reid unlike my opponent who served as an apprentice of Harry Reid and the Reid Machine. I know the opponents of Voter I.D. and they know I am serious about making sure Voter ID is actually implemented after the 2026 election.

In addition to my own experience, I have a strong  group of advisors and professionals who are helping me through this very tough battle that we can win. What will it take? The answer I've been given is $5,000,000 to win the election for Secretary of State in Nevada. Today, my opponent already has $250,000 in his campaign account to stop Voter I.D. in Nevada, and with the national forces aligned behind him, he will have the money to win, unless we work together to defeat him.

Yes, I need your help to do this. I’m looking for Angle’s Angels, and I’d like you to be one of them. You can help us win this battle and change the direction of Nevada and our country. To raise the $5,000,000 it takes just $12 a month until election day in 2026 or $35 each quarter from you, that's 6 times between now and election day in November of 2026. We have to implement Voter I.D. in Nevada after voters approve it again, and I am the most qualified and experienced person to do the job. Is this issue to secure our elections worth the investment to make this happen? I believe it is and I believe you do too, which is why I am in the race, and asking for your help. You can join the race to secure Nevada elections here!
